Is this for you?#

Fits you

  • You have a concrete process that today lives in Excel, e-mail or on paper.
  • You want something testable in four weeks, not a concept document.
  • You need a fixed price so you can budget internally.
  • It matters to you that the source code ends up in your hands.

Doesn't fit you

  • You are looking for ongoing full-service marketing support.
  • You prefer an open-ended project billed monthly.
  • You want someone who just starts building without a plan — I plan before the first hour.

The four weeks, week by week

  1. 1

Requirements are written down and signed off; architecture and UI prototype are built; repository and CI stand up.

Signed scope sheet, clickable UI prototype

  2. 2

The core process is built end-to-end with real data and tested internally by your team.

A testable version of the core process

  3. 3

Edge cases, first live demo, feedback round.

    Demo on real devices

  4. 4

Feedback implemented, documentation, deployment, handover workshop (2 h).

    Working prototype, repository, docs, handover

About me, briefly#

I'm Dmytro Prylutskyi, owner of DIP Dev. I've been building software for over 20 years and live in the Munich area. Since founding DIP Dev as a sole trader, I deliberately take on few projects: one fixed scope, one fixed price, four weeks. The result is not a concept but working code that belongs to you.

Languages: Russian and Ukrainian (native), English (fluent, including technical), German (in progress). On request, I hold intro calls and workshops in English as well — I am more confident technically and contract-wise in English. Everything written is in German: website, offer, documentation, contract.

Frequently asked questions#

What does a prototype cost?
The clickable prototype costs €1,200 (one week), the prototype sprint €4,800 (four weeks). Both at a fixed price: the price is set before we start, and no hour is billed. Payment plan for the sprint: 40% at kickoff, 40% after the demo in week 3, 20% at handover.
What if I don't like the result?
You can stop after week 2: you keep a usable intermediate result and have paid around €2,400 — not the full €4,800. That is the risk difference to a project that only falls apart in month four.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Repository, documentation, CI and credentials are handed over at the transfer. Hosting is a convenience, not a requirement: your team or any other developer can keep running the code.
Our data is confidential — how do you handle it?
Where the data lives, who has access, how long it is kept and what happens on deletion is agreed in writing before we start, with a mutual NDA on request. This website itself writes no access log.
Why you and not an agency?
At an agency you talk to a project manager who relays. With me you talk to the person writing the code — with 20 years of experience. That makes agreements shorter and responsibility unambiguous.
