About me: Dmytro Prylutskyi#
Dmytro Prylutskyi
Owner of DIP Dev · Software developer
I've been building software for over 20 years — much of it for clients abroad, much of it in Flutter and Dart, because that is how you build an app for iOS, Android, web and desktop from one codebase. I live and work in the Munich area. Since running DIP Dev as a sole trader, I deliberately take on few projects: one fixed scope, one fixed price, four weeks. The result is not a concept but working code that belongs to you.

The road here#
| Period | Stage |
|---|---|
| 2001–2015 | Software development in international teams, more than ten years of it with leadership responsibility. |
| 2015–2023 | Independent international work: 100+ projects, many with Flutter/Dart for mobile and desktop. |
| 2023–now | Move to Upper Bavaria, building DIP Dev as a sole trader: few projects, fixed scope, fixed price. |
The move to working as a sole trader was deliberate: the international agency model was the wrong shape for a business run next to a full-time job — and for what I do well: take one process, translate it into software in four weeks, hand it over. Now I am the one who promises and the one who delivers.
What I can (and do) work with#
- Flutter / Dart — apps for iOS, Android, web and desktop from one codebase.
- Serverpod — the backend framework for Dart: data models, authentication, tasks, caching.
- Jaspr — server-rendered web applications in Dart; this website runs on it.
- PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD — data storage and operations are part of the delivery.
- C#/.NET, React — production work inside a client's existing stack (AstraCaB), because partner work demands exactly that.
This is a competence list, not a keyword collection: for every entry there is delivered code.
Languages#
Languages: Russian and Ukrainian (native), English (fluent, including technical), German (in progress). On request, I hold intro calls and workshops in English as well — I am more confident technically and contract-wise in English. Everything written is in German: website, offer, documentation, contract.
Where to find me#
- GitHub: github.com/dip-develop — own artefacts, including a Dart MCP server, openly viewable.
- Stack Overflow and LinkedIn: profiles are shared on request — showing beats claiming.
- CV: CV_Dmytro-Prylutskyi.pdf (PDF).
Location and way of working#
I live in Grucking near Erding (Landkreis Erding) and work in the Munich area — on-site by arrangement, remote with a German contract. Registered address and working area are not the same thing: clients sit in Munich, in the district and beyond (Erding/Freising region).
Note: DIP Dev was called "dip.dev" in its first months — the domain change to dipdev.de is the only change; account, company and way of working are the same.
